This policy applies to information we collect through our website and at events, trade shows, and conferences where we exhibit.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit our booth, complete a form, request a demo, or contact us, we collect the information you provide:

• Name
• Business email address
• Company name
• Job title
• Phone number (optional)
• Industry, company size, and business needs you tell us about

We also collect standard technical information from visitors to our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not provide, sensitive information such as health, biometric, racial or ethnic, religious, or precise location data.

3. HOW WE USE IT

• To respond to your inquiry and send the materials you requested
• To contact you about our products and services
• To understand which products and features are of interest
• To operate and improve our website
• To comply with our legal obligations

Where we rely on your consent — for example, marketing calls or text messages — you may withdraw it at any time.

4. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we will stop sending within 10 business days of your request.

Calls and text messages. We contact you by phone or text only if you have separately agreed to it. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

5. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

6. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

• Service providers who process information on our behalf under written agreements — for example, our customer relationship management, email delivery, and cloud hosting providers
• Our affiliated companies, including our affiliate in the Republic of Korea, for the purposes described in Section 3
• Where required by law, or to protect our legal rights

We do not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your consent.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are located in the United States, and the information you provide is stored in the United States. We also transfer it to our affiliate in the Republic of Korea. The European Commission has determined that the Republic of Korea provides an adequate level of protection for personal data (Adequacy Decision of 17 December 2021), and the United Kingdom has made an equivalent determination.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may contact privacy@searchdoc.ai to request information about the safeguards we apply to transfers of your personal information, including a copy of the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We retain your information for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to keep it longer by law.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• correct it
• delete it
• stop sending you marketing
• stop processing it, or provide a copy in portable form

Email privacy@searchdoc.ai. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and there is no charge.

If you are a California resident, these rights arise under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, they arise under the GDPR, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have equivalent rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.

10. DO NOT TRACK

Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because no common industry standard for them has been adopted. We do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your activity across other websites through our site.

11. SECURITY

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including access controls and encryption in transit.

12. CHILDREN

Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
